Stamatina ("Tammy") Macherides has over 20 years of experience as a practicing real estate attorney and has excelled in her representation of buyers, sellers, builders and developers in all types of real estate transactions. Tammy's practice concentrates primarily on the purchase and sale of residential real estate; and she specializes in representing both buyers and builders in new construction transactions, including the acquisition, development, and resale of residential real estate.
Prior to opening her own firm, Tammy practiced at a large-scale greater Boston real estate law firm, and was one of the first two associate attorneys that helped to open the firm. Tammy's experience in all manners of real estate transactions has provided her with the skills and knowledge required to represent her clients with unmatched experience and diligence. While providing well-honed and knowledgeable service to her clients, Tammy prides herself on her reputation for being available and quickly responsive to each one of her clients. Tammy maintains strong contacts with top local and national lenders, experienced real estate brokers, and a network of skilled attorneys with whom she collaborates in order to deliver a positive and smooth closing experience.
One of Tammy's favorite mottos is: "A good lawyer is available, a great lawyer is always available." It is evident that customer service is on the top of the list of Tammy's business model. ANDREW M. PERNOKAS, ESQ.
Andrew is the managing partner and co-founder of MAC LAW LLC and oversees the firm’s operations. He brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate law, advising a diverse clientele ranging from first-time homebuyers to seasoned developers in complex commercial transactions. Beyond his broad practice, Andrew concentrates on representing buyers and builders in new construction matters. His expertise in this area predates his career as an attorney. His earlier work as a real estate paralegal and in law firm operations gave him an intimate understanding of every stage of the transaction process, allowing him to guide clients with exceptional diligence and strategic insight from start to finish. A Wellesley native, Andrew is a graduate of Boston College High School, graduated Cum Laude from Boston University and earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University. A true New Englander at heart, Andrew spends his winters skiing with his family in Vermont and New Hampshire, and his summers enjoying the beaches of Gloucester and Nantucket.

Elaina believes that strong client relationships are the foundation of a successful transaction. She takes pride in making what can often be a complex process feel seamless and straightforward, ensuring her clients feel informed, confident, and supported from start to finish.
Elaina earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio before receiving her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. Her background in finance, combined with her legal experience, gives her a well-rounded perspective on the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction.
Outside the office, Elaina enjoys spending time with family and friends, hitting the slopes, exploring Boston's restaurant scene, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Her extensive background as both a real estate agent and a paralegal gives her unmatched insight into every facet of the process. Serving as the vital link between clients, attorneys, and lenders, Laura combines deep industry perspective with meticulous attention to detail to make each closing seamless and stress-free. Outside the office, she brings that same warmth and energy home, enjoying everyday adventures and making lasting memories with her husband and two boys.

With over 16 years of experience in residential real estate, Meghan specializes in purchase and refinance transactions and is responsible for overseeing the firm's closing operations. From the moment a file is opened through the final disbursement, Meghan manages each step of the process, coordinating closely with lenders, attorneys, brokers, and clients to keep every transaction on track and running smoothly and efficiently.
Meghan is the backbone of the firm. Her tireless work ethic and dedication keep our closings moving forward, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks. Known for her strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, she takes pride in ensuring that every file is complete, accurate, and properly prepared well before the closing table.
Outside of the office, Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and their cats. She also enjoys practicing yoga and cooking.
